We work with schools, so we take data privacy seriously — including yours. This page explains what we collect on this site, why, and what we do with it. It's short because we don't collect much.

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, organization (optional), and message. If you check the updates box, we also record that you asked to hear from us occasionally.
We don't run advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. There are no cookies set by us.
Contact form submissions go to info@bluediamondinnovations.com so we can reply to you. That's it. If you opted into updates, we may send occasional email about BDI's work — every one will include a way to opt out. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Three service providers are involved in running this site, and each sees only what it needs to do its job:
We keep contact messages as ordinary business email — long enough to serve you well, no longer than useful. Want something deleted? Email us and we'll remove it.
This site is for school and institutional leaders, not students. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Our commitments around student data in actual engagements are set in each contract, where FERPA and state student privacy laws apply.
